Barry pastored Ephrata Community Church for 37 years. After passing leadership to a successor, he now focuses on training emerging leaders and building organizational teams.
Rather than keeping ministries strictly local, he's focused on sending out leaders and resources worldwide.
Alongside his wife, Cheryl, he travels extensively to train emerging church leaders, with a strong current emphasis on spiritual mentorship, authenticity in leadership, and revival movements targeting Gen Z.
